Coffee roasting sparks hundreds of chemical Reactions.

REACTION is Hong Kong-based coffee roaster and passionate about providing specialty coffee in our region. We started our coffee journey by establishing a coffee roasting factory in 2013 and supplying our roasting beans to various businesses.

Our philosophy is simple - Strive to achieve more in the coffee world. 

  

We source the best green beans in the world and are freshly roasted in small batch practice to provide the most distinctive, aromatic, and beautiful coffee to all people. We roast coffee with dedication and believe our delightful aroma of coffee will remain in every customer’s memory. Hoping more people can enjoy our roasted coffee, our first coffee shop Reactors Coffee at Shatin opened in 2017.

In 2018, we decided to expand our coffee shop business and open our second coffee shop - Reaction Coffee Roasters at Happy Valley, selling Aussie-styled brunch, snacks, and coffee. Thank you for the support from the neighbourhood, we open the third branch at Tsim Sha Tsui in 2020, and developed a new brand Boundless by Reaction in 2021, selling American-style burgers and dutch baby.

Thank you for the love and support in the past years. We hope our brand keeps growing and spread the aroma of our coffee beans all over Hong Kong.
