• Delivery fee is calculated at checkout
• Orders are shipped within 3 working days and delivery takes 1-2 working days

Returns & Refund

• Coffee beans (Espresso, Single origin and Coffee drip bag) are not eligible for return due to the perishable nature
• If you received wrong items, please contact us at info@reactioncoffee.com.hk within 7 days of receipt, stating the issues together with relevant pictures if possible
